"I’ve spoken with a lot of insurance agencies, which I have found to be very disappointing until I call Jared Butler State Farm in Elizabethtown, Kentucky I would highly recommend that insurance agent agency. I talk to a lady her name, Yanet she was very professional, very courteous, very knowledgeable. Unlike the rest of the individual I spoke with in other agencies, including another State Farm that I spoke with in a different location with that being said I would highly recommend the State Farm in Elizabethtown Kentucky. They’ve always been kind polite And very informative, they know their business. This young lady went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure she answered and covered everything with that being said she received my business today and gave me the best price feasible I can’t speak enough about Yanet and Jared Butler State Farm in Elizabethtown Kentucky I want to thank them for the service rendered!!! Today I spoke with Angela she went above and beyond the call of duty Improved why it’s important to have that proved while it’s important availability with an individual she spent a long time helping me set up my drive safe and go over every bit of information concerning my policy all the issues I had just outstanding and I really appreciate her you don’t receive services like she rendered today kind polite, informative, helpful again above and beyond"

"Had an issue with a company doing repairs on my house due to hot water heater flooding the house. There was also an issue with the corporate office of State Farm not handling the claim properly ... I was about to loose my mind. But thanks to Jennifer at Jarred Butler State Farm when I contacted her, she got involved and got things taken care of. She became my "go-to" lady for any/all issues and she resolved all issues quickly. She was excellent, very courteous and caring, very professional and extremely sweet to talk to. If it hadn't been for her, the house would probably still be a disaster. I am extremely thankful for Jennifer and Jerred State Farm Insurance Agency. I wish there were more agents like her and Insurance Agency like Jerred Butler State Farm to help when problems arise. Jennifer was my hero throughout this whole repair!!! Thank you very much."
